My stay was very pleasant, and the staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Galina at reception was very helpful, and Meet from the breakfast service was really nice. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Don't fall for the photos on booking portals. It's a very small one single door operated hotel. In the dark very hard to find as there is not even a glow signboard. But, the room size for central London standard is excellent. Bed is really comfortable and gives you peaceful sleep. Ac was working. All required amenities are available. Breakfast was decent. Free bottle of water was available throughout. Front desk was manned 24 hours. All and all value for money.
Great stay in a great location. This hotel is a boutique hotel compared with its parent, The Montcalm, and the way that I was treated throughout my stay was excellent. I was served coffee and water (without charge) whilst I did some online meetings in the breakfast area. They took me to my room and navigated the beautiful and well equipped room. Very personal service and a welcome high quality experience compared to major hotel chains these days. Whilst the entrance feels like you are going into a house, this is a great hotel to stay and I would recommend.

Our stay started with a very warm welcome from the lovely 'January'. After a long journey we were very grateful for the complimentary teas and coffees whilst our rooms were readied. The bedroom itself was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the shower good and hot. All the staff we met were very courteous and helpful - we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is tiny for two , we almost couldn’t unpack our luggage and it’s not practical to do things Breakfast was okay and the chef and the guy named Meet is really kind and helpful, we really appreciated
I am so glad I booked this hotel! My wife and I flew from South Korea to London, with our one year old and my biggest stress was the size of rooms available in London. This hotel provided such a room, that my wife and I instantly sighed in relief upon checking in. The value for money was fantastic and I have only praises to give. The gentleman at the counter also offered to help us carry our luggage down to our room, and that was greatly appreciated. The only point of improvement I would give (very minor) is the shower didn’t drain well. Other than that, I would 100% stay here again and would encourage anyone to give this hotel a try. It is in an amazing location, with fantastic room sizes (basement for us) and really helpful staff.
